Photos and videos are only captured during home visits with explicit written consent from the care recipient. Individuals may revoke this permission at any time, and any associated media will be deleted from our systems.

Health reports are shared only with authorised family members designated during registration. Care recipients retain the ability to modify access permissions for their health information whenever desired.

You may withdraw consent for any aspect of our services at any time by contacting our support team. Prior processing activities remain valid; withdrawal only affects future activities.
